How did you first get into photography?
My first step in photography was when I was little and my mom bought me a Bratz analogue camera. Of course I ruined the film cause I wanted to see the picture I was taking the second after I shot it hahaha but the urge to immortalise everything that was going on around me never went away.
What subjects or themes do you most enjoy photographing and why?
I always find it difficult to define my photography, but I think I love to document the world and the stories that happen around me, if it's possible, with a natural background.
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned through photography?
Patience.
I used to be an anxious person. I always wanted everything now, I didn't want to wait more than a second. However, photography taught me that you have to be patient to immortalize the moment you want.
It also allowed me to get to know myself better. Because I'm a self-taught photographer and sometimes it's hard when you have to stop for a second and realise that you don't know anything and have to start from scratch, or even when you thought you knew more than you really do.
What advice would you give to your younger self when you were starting out in photography?
Stop judging yourself, respect your times and stop comparing yourself to others.
